SHARESTIX

Cordell is the co founder of Sharestix - a platform that allows musicians and producers to sample music efficiently and conveniently. The platform has raised close to USD500,000 and will be ready for launch mid 2024. 


Sharestix has also licensed more than 60,000 tracks from Death Row Records, Universal Music Group and more. The pilot program of Sharestix generated more than USD3.5 million of revenues in its first month and has paid out more than 70% in royalties to all the artists involved.

DEATH ROW GAMES

In gaming, Cordell works alongside Snoop Dogg to develop Death Row Games - a game publisher that works with gaming development studios, artists, creators and platforms to package, promote and distribute their games cost-efficiently. Death Row Games also aims to represent the minority community in gaming within Unreal Editor for Fortnite (UEFN).


Coming up in Q2 2024 is DRG’s first published game with rapper, Tee Grizzley: ‘King of Detroit’.

Cordell embarked on the entrepreneurial journey of creating the innovative and flavorful Dr Bombay Ice cream–drawing inspiration from his upbringing, where vibrant flavors and diverse Hip Hop cultures intersect. Cordell as the creative director was the visionary behind Dr Bombay’s marketing, product development and flavors leading the brand to be in over 70% of Grocery Stores nationwide. 


Cordell is also a major investor in the performance wellness brand called Hanjan–a brand rooted in traditional Eastern herbal remedies combined with Western science, helping consumers feel and perform at their best. Their main products are the Recharge Booster Jelly and Energy Booster Powder.

CONSULTANCY

Cordell Broadus brings a unique blend of creativity, insight and strategic vision to his role as a creative director and consultant for many of his partnering brands.


As consulting creative director, Cordell collaborates with brands to conceptualise and execute innovative campaigns, product launches and brand activations.

REAL ESTATE

Cordell owns a 100 acres land in Cordele, Georgia where he is developing the piece of land with his family. The Broadus family aims to provide affordable housing and promote sustainable farming practices. He is currently looking for partners, reach out below for more information. 


Cordell, partnering with Arnon Milchan and Severine Tatengelo (Leading Studio PCH Architect behind Nobu and UMG Studios), is also working on a 5 acre island adjacent to Bora Bora Island where he is building out a 11 bedroom and 2 studio resort project. The project will aim to complete next 2025.


Cordell’s next big venture is to build out ‘Champtons Winery’, a members only winery with an entertainment spin to traditional wineries to bring in the younger generation of wine enthusiasts–with a focus on providing unique experiences through monthly events like Sip N Paints, Rhythm N Roast Nights and Music+Comedy events.
